    hi everybody.

    im from Uruguay and since the first time i bought my x box i just buy games in the argentinian store since there is no Uruguayan store for microsoft. today i tried to buy the nba 2k21 and i couldnt. i would like to know why is that happening to me now. there
    is a pannel saying that its not my region or whatever i just dont understand. please help guys. thank u

    Typically that means the game is region locked. In order to purchase/download region locked games your account region has to match your physical location and you would have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Uruguay is not supported,
    you will run into issues with some purchases. You'll have to purchase the game on disc.
