    Hello,

    I used to buy game pass on pc by buying microsoft gift cards and having for 2 months so i can have a backup because game pass inst available in my country but now i cant renew without putting a card and mine doesn't work because its from another country.

    Want can i do now ive already bought the giftcard.

    Gift cards are region locked and so is not possible to redeem them in a different region. However, it would be best to get in touch with the retail from whom that you bought the gift card in order to get a refund.

    i would love to see a family package for gamepass pc only too, my kids each have gamepass for pc as they only play pc and i hate having to tie a payment option to each of there accounts and the fact you cant purchase more than a month.

    I dont use it anymore but i have 5 kids.

    Thanks for letting me know! I don't buy any digital games on the Xbox, only Gamepass so I cant tell :)

    I hope they fixed it soon...
