    I'm trying to buy fight night champions using my xbox one but cant continue with my purchase. I kept getting this prompt "Your purchase cannot be completed this time". What could be the problem?

    Make sure all your billing information is up to date , and you dont have any out standing bill.

    Or as said above have you tried buying it from the xbox app or pc 🤔

    Sometimes the internet line could be busy, the xbox store servers might be busy at the time as well, or there could be an issue with billing where
    you might have to add in a new payment option. If all of the above fails then contacting support might be your best bet.

    Sometimes a power cycle might not hurt, because it might fix it as well.
