    Can't buy BF4: Premium with prepaid XBL card


    I can't buy Premium with the $50 prepaid card i bought. It says i have $50.01 in my Microsoft account but when i confirm to buy it, it says i need to add a credit card to pay the rest off. What do i need to do to get premium? Who do i need to contact?
    HELP PLZ!

    Can't buy BF4: Premium with $50 pre paid XBL card

    I went to the store today and bought the prepaid $50 xbl card to get premium for BF4. It says i have $50.01 but when i go to buy it, it says i need a credit card to finish the transaction. I would prefer not to add my card to my xbl account. Is there a way
    around this?

    How do I add money to my account without using a prepaid card?

    I can't find it anywhere. I got my BF4 Premium code from Gamestop and the code added $52.00 USD to my account, but because of taxes the game costs $53.40 something. I just want to add $5 to my account without having to go buy a prepaid card. What do I do?

    Found the solution. I didn't have enough for taxes. I added my card and it was charged 3 bucks. Removed it easily. Thanks

    Paypal requires a credit card or debit card to connect to Xbox Live account?!

    You can purchase subscription costs from retailers, or you can buy a prepaid credit card to make XBL purchases.

    XBL Customer Service: Its not the game itself

    ME: That does not cost 60$, It includes BF4 all the DLC a recon kit and BF4 premium ALL IN ONE. Dont tell me its not a game thats ridiculous, and if you think that your ignroant

    And at that point they finally ended the chat on me. No swearing no Nothing. This is Horrible customer service.

    Yep. I can download all the content, installed both BF4 and BF4 Premium. Can play BF4 and DLC maps, and even says BF4 Premium in the game title.menu. when you go to play premium games, it says to pay for premium and won't work. Seen online others with the
    same issue.

    When contacting EA, they said they can't see I'm a.premium member and Battlelog shows me as just a regular member as well. Essentially, when you install premium from Access, all the content is available, But EA can't see the entitlements on their end, so
    you can't access premium service.

    Did you try it both on xbox.com and the console?

    Do you have a Brazilian XBL account?

    Does the billing address for the card match exactly what's on the XBL account?

    Is it a normal debit card from a bank or is it prepaid?

    Be aware that prepaid cards can also be purcahsed for XBL subscription and points
