    Can't buy BF4: Premium with $50 pre paid XBL card


    I went to the store today and bought the prepaid $50 xbl card to get premium for BF4. It says i have $50.01 but when i go to buy it, it says i need a credit card to finish the transaction. I would prefer not to add my card to my xbl account. Is there a way
    around this?

    This is a 'known' issue at XBOX - they have no fix ETA.

    What I can tell you is *don't* add your credit card, as it will be charged and you will still have the money on your account.

    Are you trying to purchase it from the console or on xbox.com? I know that there was a service alert involving EA titles a day ago so that might be why it's not working.

    If your trying to purchase the content on xbox.com and use the Microsoft money it won't let you because that feature is not available yet on the site so you have to use a credit card. Hope this helps.

    Are you trying to purchase it from the console or on xbox.com? I know that there was a service alert involving EA titles a day ago so that might be why it's not working.

    If your trying to purchase the content on xbox.com and use the Microsoft money it won't let you because that feature is not available yet on the site so you have to use a credit card. Hope this helps.

    What kind of Visa card is it? A majority of "pre-paid debit" cards will not work for XBL subscriptions. Also if it is a CC where you get deposits of unemployment, child support, tax refund, etc they don't work either. The best bet is to use an actual debit
    or CC from a bank or credit union. You can also buy a pre-paid XBL subscription card at most local retailers.
