Cant buy anything says contact us at Microsoft support we would like to get this figured out

I think the thing that bugs me the most is the alert went up FOUR days ago. says they will post an update as soon as they know more. A corporation like microsoft cant figure out anything about why their servers wont let people have their content after paying
for it? Just not sure how they intend to compete with marketplaces like Steam or PSN if we cant even get regular updates on why we can't use this service. /end rant

like this microsoft agent that replyed to your question i would contact the support service and tell them ur story bcuz we cant change anything from here only they can do it and reclaim your account.

unfortunately you are told when sending off for repair to send only the xbox on its own. i dont think you will get anywhere with this although it wasn't your fault and i totally understand your frustration, if anyone can help it would be support, from the
forums we cant do anything as we are just gamers like you.
