Can't buy anything, or access 'Payment and Billing'

    Can't buy anything, or access 'Payment and Billing'


    I cannot seem to be able to buy anything at all on the xbox live store or on the website. I cannot access 'Payment and Billing' either, in both cases, it just say ' Something went wrong' with no error code at all.

    Please help, this is really frustrating

    I cant recover my profile ?

    You need to access the billing section of your account, add a proper payment method and pay off anything outstanding. If you can't access or change that here on the website, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and ask to speak to the billing people to sort it out.

    Can't access Marketplace, Privacy settings or Family settings

    Alright, so doing that did something. I can access my Privacy, Family and Account settings on the console now, but I still can't access any game page nor download the games within the Twisted Pixel Bundle.

    I've checked my billing and payment options, and they're fine. I've removed older/expired payment options, but that didn't seem to do anything.

    Also on the website, it just gives me the irritating "uh oh, that shouldn'tve happened" with no error code either.

    Support does not charge money.

    Also, if you moved to another country but you still have valid payment methods in the USA, there´s no need to change anything in your profile.

    But, if you move to another country and no longer have access to payments methods with billing address in the USA you will have to change the payment and billing info on your account.

    If you are looking to buy pre-paid cards for membership or Microsoft Points, try www.amazon.com. Remember to buy the cards that says Digital Delivery, as these are the ones that you received your code via e-mail.

    Hello i have the same Problem. Can't buy anything from the Store. All my Payment Options disapeared. I'm from Germany. Pre-ordered Games still are preordered with my Payment Options for example with Paypal but i can't buy anything new. And i can't add
    a new Payment Options.
