Can't buy anything(blank white screen)

I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Try removing your account and add it back again.

To remove your account:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

To add it again:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Sign in.

Select Add & manage.

Select Add new.

Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

Solution 2. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

The same here. it started last night and still present. I tried to disable antivirus and firewall, even rebooted my computer with the same result. And this is last daily challenge to play to make it perfect. Please fix it.

This should fix it (Reset App Data)

This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

All the troubleshooting steps I've done are unplugging it for a while and plugging it back in because I can't do anything with the console on. Yes the Xbox worked just fine before it happened I was playing a game and I went to go turn wifi on I typed in the password and clicked connect when I did that a new guide screen popped up blank and now everytime on start up the console opens up the blank white guide screen
