    Can’t buy anything after unlocking my account


    I literally just created this account to buy a friend a game for Christmas. Microsoft locked my account because of “suspicious activity” even though I haven’t don’t anything with this account, and I only found out about my account being locked when I decided to finally buy the game the other hour. It won’t do any transaction due to my account being recently locked. How do I get this resolved? There’s no live chat or anything. And the articles to help resolve locked accounts didn’t help me at all.

    Sorry to hear it. Let's try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then do a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps
    so you won't need to reinstall them.
