    Can't buy any game from my xbox one


    I have updated my xbox one with the latest version and trying to buy Just Dance 2021 however, when I hit the buy button, there's an error that keeps on appearing like this "Oops. not sure what happened there. please try again later."

    Already tried again after a few hrs but still getting the same message. Help pls...

    Some of Xbox 360 Games are compatible with xbox one, but not purchasable

    the same account works for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 you shouldn't have any problem buying the game try to buy it from the xbox One and if you can't then try to buy it from the xbox website

    Hey there GaucheAmoeba308.

    That error appears when you're using a child account. Currently the only way around that is to purchase from the parent account associated with yours, or sign into an Xbox 360 and purchase from there.

    To confirm what Zaptin214 has said. You can't merge any stats from account on one platform to another. As for buying the game free, that's not possible either.
