Can't buy a Minecraft Realm - unable to connect to store

Hi. When I try, I get a popup saying "We're unable to connect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?". My connection is fine, as evidenced by the fact I'm posting here How can I fix this? I tried closing and reopening the game, rebooting,
no dice.

Hello i just tried this and it didn’t work it still says the same error how can i fix this also the reply is being sent 1 week after 1.11 released i also play on windows 10 edition

Hi Ken,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Are you playing on the Xbox One or a different device? Also if you haven't already I suggest for you to try to clear the console's MAC address as this will cause the console to restart and will refresh the network connection.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

Go toSettings
Select Network > Network Settings
Select the Advanced Settings
Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
Select clear and restart

No, sorry maybe I posted in the wrong section. This is a PC with Windows 10. When I saw "Xbox for Windows 10" I assumed that was referring to the Xbox Live thing I signed into on my Windows 10 PC when I played Minecraft.

Windows App Troubleshooter. It should pick up on anything that may be going awry and sometimes it'll fix it for you, or provide the solution to the issue a bit more easily.
