So I would like to purchase a game called Skullgirls. When I go to find the purchase button, it is not there. But, when I go to see another game, the purchase button nd demo are there. I really want this game, but can't buy it.

In order to use the funds on your account to purchase 360 content, you have to make the purchase on 360 console.

Can't buy a game

I tried to buy skate 3 for the xbox one. My xbox says I can't pay for the game using my Microsoft account balance. I don't have a credit card so how do I fix this?

Hey DarkAngel, Skullgirls is no longer available on the XBL Marketplace. A new version of the game titled Skullgirls Encore should be available soon. Keep an eye on the official site
Skullgirls 2nd Encore for any news about a release date.

Gamerscore points can't be used to buy something.

There are only used to show off to your friends how far you've completed certain games.

So true GG. It's the reason I just can't buy certain games. Not enough time to play. Real life just keeps getting in the way!

I think when it comes to predictability, it works best if that game is a franchise.

For example, Mortal Kombat.

You buy that and expect a certain type of game, certain characters, gameplay, fatalities, etc.

Whilst they can add something new or a twist, they can't deviate too much from what makes that game Mortal Kombat and that works for most franchises.

Consumers buy a game like Mortal Kombat, Call of Duty, GTA etc and expect a certain thing and the company has to deliver that to keep their fanbase happy.

I just can't see buying a $120 controller. Maybe I'm cheap when it comes to certain things.

There is no changing it. You have to be a certain age (13 or 14, can't remember) to play EA games and there is no way to change your date of birth on your account. You need to buy a new gold account to get around it.
