Cant buy 20% off 12 Month Xbox Live Deal

My Xbox live subscription is expired and I have been offered a 20% discount for 1,3 or 12 months on the dashboard.

When trying to buy the 12 month deal at $63.50 I keep getting an error that says something went wrong from your end.

I have contacted support and they can not see the deal and when I try to buy a 1 month subscription it works.

I have tried buying through the console store yet the it still does not work.

I have spoken to Xbox support twice and i still have no subscription as they have referred me to you.

hi, im using my paypal account and trying to buy 12 month subscription at 20% off. i keep getting this status code message every time saying "cant retrieve informatiom from xbox live", i went on my paypal and told me my information was valid. help?
