Can’t browse

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. You cant browse any websites from your Xbox One Console is that correct? I recommend first turning it off safely and then allowing it to remain unplugged from the power source for at
least 2 minutes and give it another try. Let us know with a reply how it goes!

What is happening when you try to browse?

Check your privacy settings to make the changes and if you have a child account your parental account can do it for you

can not browse to any web site

Did you see if the connection is connected?

Maybe you've set up some limitation on using the Internet from Xbox if you use this.

If you haven't already, please follow the steps below to make sure the console is receiving the latest updtes:

Restart your console.

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
   
2. Go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
   
3. Select Network Settings.
   
4. Select Wired Network or your wireless network name (if prompted to do so).
   
5. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
   
6. Select Yes if you’re prompted to update your console software..
