Can't be sold separately

I won the game RYSE months ago in the GWG

Now when I try to install again the installation option just disappeared

Just the mensage " can't be sold separately" appears

Would it be Possible to Sell CoD Zombies Separately?

Would be nice if they sold the multiplayer part separately as well then.

But nope. We can't get nice things.

Idk its probably happening to a lot of people but i can't buy the dlc it either says it's unavailable or can not be sold separately it sucks

 

quick question which version of ryse did you win with gwg?

Are you trying to reinstall from yhe my games and app sections or from the store?

Do you still have winning message for gwg.

If you redeemed the game as part of the Games with Gold, you should be able to re-download it from your Ready to Install area under "My Games &* Apps" or try this link: Ryse: Son of Rome kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE

This specific edition is no longer for sale, but if you own it you can re-download it.

However you can only play the game if you have an active Gold subscription, just in case it has expired.

 

Go to the Ready to Install section of my games rather than find it on the store - it will only show the specific one you won.
