    Can't authorize your payment


    Hi Xbox team

    ive been trying on and off for the last year to simply buy an xbox live gold membership. Every time I do it says that the payment can't be authorized, there is never any mention of an error code or alternative method. I've checked and re-checked all of my
    information and it is correct. I recently received a new card and thought I would try again as Destiny is out soon, however still no love from the website or my xbox itself. Would be great to get some help in this regard.

    I am not able to purchase anything using my XBox Live Account

    I get this error message "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment method or add a new one."

    This is still an issue. I've been trying to buy Microsoft Points as well unsuccessful online and through XBox console with the same experience. 2 valid CCs and a valid PayPal account. XBox console says "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please
    select a different payment option or add a new one." The website says "Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option."
