Can't authorize payment method

Discus and support Can't authorize payment method in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm trying to make a purchase but it keeps saying "Can't authorize payment method" and I tried to do the remove then add the payment option thing but...     Can't authorize payment method


    I'm trying to make a purchase but it keeps saying "Can't authorize payment method" and I tried to do the remove then add the payment option thing but it didn't work. This is weird considering I have been making purchases recently without any problems.

    P.S. I'm not considering using prepaid cards, just in case you were going to suggest that.

    -this is the error i am getting

    I am not able to purchase anything using my XBox Live Account

    I get this error message "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment method or add a new one."

    What payment method are you trying to set up? You say you're not considering using prepaid cards. Does that include prepaid credit cards? If were you trying to use something like that Xbox doesn't always accept them.

    Alright. What you should do then is give phone support a call and see what they suggest. As this seems to be a billing issue they will be the ones who need to deal further with this issue.

    Btw Mister Zoso, the problem is that, we are trying to purchase microsoft points from the Xbox live shop, but it's always denying our request to ourchase the points we want to receive, our credit cards are completely fine, it's up to date, all the information
    was out down correctly, but it's always denying our request to buy points. Please fix this, we really want to buy points! :) (I want to buy points for BF3)

    Same Happening with me i wanted to buy Battlefield Premium, i was able to get the first 2000 points but when i tried to buy the other 2000 i couldnt, i rly want to buy and this seems to be a problem with the xbox and not with my bank like the suggestion
    says and from the posts i saw on this forum none of the moderatores seem to give a good anwser and by the way every time i try again you keep collecting Transfer tax of 1.5€ already lost 10 euros
