Cant apply the changes to my xbox account

is there a reason i cant change my gamer pic? I was temp banned on my main account, but im not sure if that has a cause in why i cant change it. I have my other account and i also cannot change the gamer picture even though i didnt get reported or anything
like that. I dont know why its doing this, and if anyone has a possible solution, lemme know. I am above the age of 18, so that also cant be why.

There was also an issue with the Xbox App and allowing people to change their gamer pic on there a few days ago so this could be the same problem. Another thing you can do is go on your Microsoft OneDrive account and put whatever image it is that you’d like
to be your gamer pic and then apply it directly from your console!

That wont help with the bucks that are already applied to an account. You cant "gift" a purchase applied to your own account

I found pre-ordered game but There is only apply code, nothing to change **** payment method even in order history i cant change it

i cant go to my account i need to accept the new terms and conditions when i do this my parents also need to do this on my xbox account but my mom cant use that hotmail account anymore because she got hacked or something now im stuck and cant go on xbox
live anymore or change the settings of my account to adult
