Can't apply for a Case Review

My account was reported and given a 24 hr communication ban due to a message I sent. But the context behind it is what I would like to argue. I was playing Dead By Daylight, in it survivors get hooked and die, you can try to escape and reduce your time
or wait and be rescued. After a while the timer goes and the player has to struggle to either be saved or die. Some players are grievers and get mad that they get downed 1st. In my last match a player got hooked, they immediately killed themselves on purpose
trying to escape the hook and not even struggle. after the match I sent them a message saying "Y kill your self kid" they reported and now I have a com ban. I can wait the 24 hours that's not the issue. the issue is I'm being banned for a message that was
taken out of context and miss reported on purpose.

Wow okay, that's interesting about a year ago I was playing with a random guy that kept bragging about his underage stash in game chat (Whether or not he was lying & trolling, I am unsure) and I messaged him to stop telling me about it and that he was
sick and needed help. I reported him never got an update, then within a few days I got a ban for sending that message to that guy. Even though in that message I stated that he is the one talking about it. That message was much clearer then this current one
since it stated what he had and what he was doing. That's why I assumed it was an algorithm since the key words in that message I used were "child porn" and "your sick and need help". Is there anyway to contact the enforcement team to ask them to update or
double check their current investigation guidelines/techniques for future cases?

You can't file for a case review regarding a suspension that was decided 12 months before.

Thank you for your response!!! I will keep that in mind down the road, so basically the Algorythm saw that and just assumed. Doesn't that seem flawed then?
