can't apply CoD advanced warfare personalization pack to child account

Hello,

I purchased a Premium Personalization Pack in CoD Advanced Warfare to be used by my son who is registered as a child account. On my Xbox, my account is the only one with a credit card registered so I had to be logged in as myself to purchase it from the
store. After downloading and installing it, it will only allow itself to be used when I am logged into CoD. When my son logs in the pack shows as inactive, but when you select it the store says you have already downloaded it and it can be found in the Apps
section on my Xbox. Then I go to the Apps section on the Xbox (logged in as either my son or myself - doesn't matter), and it says it has already been downloaded. If I log into CoD as myself it is fully functional.

It seems as though if I don't want to associate a credit card with my child's account, and I purchase a personalization pack for use by the child while logged into the Xbox Live store as myself (the only account with a credit card linked), the child can't
actually use the pack I just purchased as the adult.

So - is this a bug or working as intended?

Billing account locked, need unlock

I was on Advanced Warfare, and i kept trying to buy personalization packs, and they weren't working. I kept on getting error codes trying to purchase the personalization pack. On the third or fourth time, the console said that my billing account was locked.
Is there any way i can get it unlocked? i don't want to waste 2 gift cards because the Advanced Warfare store is etchy for purchase authorizations........................

 

COD Champs 2015 - Nanotech Personalization Pack

I watched the 2015 COD Championship on XBOX Live and I still have not seen any email or Live message for the free Nanotech Personalization Pack for COD Advanced Warfare. I know it has been past 8 weeks so how do we get the code? I appreciate any help.
