Make sure that when entering your payment information, that the address (and especially the country) of your VISA card matches the address and country of your Microsoft Account.

For example, if you are from a country that doesn't support Xbox Live, and you made up an address from a different country, you can't add your VISA card.

I have he same problem, when I go to my billing info stuff I cant delete the visa, even though it shows the visa in the link to the editor.

It says the info doesn’t match. I entered it multiple times and it didn’t work. I am also using a Visa debit card

I checked everything and even tried a different card it is still showing the same error message 'Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card.' whenever I try to add the payment method.
