    Can’t add paypal as a payment method


    Hey there, Recently I cancelled my old billing agreements on paypal from previous xbox accounts and now when I go to try and add paypal as a payment method on the account i currently use I get an email from paypal saying this: https://imgur.com/a/VR1q5aJ

    if anyone knows what this means please let me know!

    Problem with payment

    Do you meet the all the requirements to use PayPal (18, Valid Credit Card/Bank Account) and Xbox Live (Matching Data)?

    Try the Payment Method Guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx). The "I'm unable to add PayPal to my account" and "I still can’t add my payment method"
    sections should be able to help.

    If it's a paypal you're trying to add, and it adds, it usually takes 24 hrs for paypal to accept it as a payment method. Otherwise, it could be a problem authorizing the pmt method..

    Is PayPal set up on your Xbox One as a valid payment method?

    Go to Settings>Payment&Billing>Payment Options

    If not, you can add it at that screen by pressing Add PayPal

    Thank you, I was double checking and Slovakia is a supported region

    What about using a different payment method?
    Still the same?

    Or if you can add a PayPal account, try linking your card with PayPal and then add the account as a payment method
