    Can’t add new credit card!!!!!!


    I keep getting an error message saying “check the jnformation you entered below. Your information below doesnt match card information. This stupid system wont let me add a new debit or credit card. Does anyone know how to reaolve this issue m. I updated
    all my billing info so everything matches and is the same location.

    "Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership, you will be prompted to add a new payment option for your membership."

    Sorry to hear about your troubles! From the Xbox Support pages:

    Can’t remove a payment option?

    Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership, you will be prompted to add a new payment option for your membership.

    If you don’t want to add another payment method, contact Xbox Support for help removing your payment method. Please have your gamertag and payment information available.

    Oh, and 1more thing, is it possible to add new credit card in Microsoft Billing and Account Managment page? If it so how? I could try to add my credit card there, meybe it would work. If no, is there a way how to cofigure removed credit card? On that page
    my credit card is in (removed) option, meybe its that problem, you can't add same credit card anymore once deleted? Thanks.
