Can't add my Xbox One to my Devices due to a website issue/error (account microsoft /devices/)

I can't seem to add my xbox one onto my "my devices" in my browser for some reason, i input the serial number and press submit and it says its been added, but then it doesn't show up?

Specifically when I go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-device-for-repair and add my device it says

Your device has been added Manage this device at any time in the device details page. See all your devices in the Devices page.

Yet it is not in my devices.

I tried using Microsoft Edge (instead of Chrome) instead, and it still did the same, said it added but it never showed up, then I tried an InPrivate browser page, fresh login, still nup, still says it was added but it doesn't appear, different computer? Same issue.

Yet in edge, ffter pressing "ok" after it said "successfully added" I guess it tried to load my devices page / redirect me and it says

Sorry, something went wrong. We’re not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while.

It seems like a problem with the website, but even after talking with a Microsoft Support Agent, I got no progress whatsoever, can anyone help? I can't even seem to talk to Xbox either as they only have Message a Gamer or Ask the Community, so I'm asking now hoping someone from Microsoft sees this and fixes the devices pages.

Microsoft please fix your website, I can't even book my Xbox One in for repair since you won't actually add it to my account (even though everytime I put the serial number in, it says it was "successfully added". Guess I may have to DIY it....

Hello JayTee3, did you try to log in with your account on another device on another network to see if your slides appear in the account?

As you have tried several browsers it may be that this will work and show visibility.

The device may not be showing on the app due to it not being listed on your Microsoft Account

You need to add a device to your Microsoft account before it's listed in your devices. Here's how you can add a device:

Sign in to your Microsoft account on an Xbox or PC.
Download an app or game from the Microsoft Store .
Go to account.microsoft.com/devices, select Don't see your device?, then follow the instructions.
On an iOS device: Download Microsoft Edge from the Apple App Store and sign in with your Microsoft account.
On an Android device: Download Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Launcher, or Your Phone Companion from the Google Play Store and sign in with your Microsoft account.
MacOS devices can't be added at this time.

Yeah it let me in.. but in the meantime I decided to just basically reset my accounts and it worked, I'm back into the xbox app now!

Fix:

1) Close all xbox applications and processes on PC.

2) Account settings (microsoft website), remove your PC device.

3) Account settings (PC), remove your microsoft account by chosing 'sign in with local account'.

4) Log in with local account and repeat step 3, but this time add your microsoft account again. (This adds it back to devices on microsoft)

5) Click 'verify' which lets Microsoft know you want to confirm/uniform all your settings and passwords accross your microsoft devices.

I was then able to open xbox app and log in with no issues! I think what had happened is the device/app had been shadowbanned as I made a few incorrect attempts before I reset my password. This wasn't communicated in any way, no emails, no error codes, and
nothing showing this anywhere on my microsoft account.

Sorry to hear it. Before you can add the console to your account so you can reset the passcode you'll first need to register the console under your name at
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com. Once done you should be able to add it to your devices and reset the code
