    Can't add member in family safety as administrator


    I've tried to add my child to my MS Family Safety group. When logging in as the child, we're get the message that the child is already member of another Family Group and since the child is underaged, we cannot remove the relation. I don't know what other group the child would be part of - I'm the only one administrating these things.

    That's really odd...

    And the account that you're using is the same and everything. Right? (I mean, the adult account)

    Do you not have more than one email address?

    If yes, please try checking the family settings page on each one

    Hi Here is the status

    I Uninstall Family safety before on my child device then once i installed it again i add myself as administrator.

    and in family safety app in my child device i can see my name as administrator but in my Microsoft account i see nothing.

    I tried to add a member and my child receive the invitation, but it says that she is already a member of a group

    You can be home Xbox for one of their consoles and add them to your family as children accounts by following these steps, unfortunately you can't do it for both children unless you have a second adult account.
