    Can't add icons to home screen


    Since last week all my home icons have disappeared and when I try to add some suggestion icons to the home screen a pop up appears saying that the list is full. I can't even have the game pass icon up.

    I have the same issue with Xbox one. I restarted the xbox and have the new layout, but the Xbox Live GOLD icon is still missing from the Home Screen. How do I add it back?

    Restarted my xbox and when it turned on it had the new xbox dashboard layout. I'm guessing it was some issue with the transition to the new layout or something.

    You don't.

    The only customisation options now are adding up to 2 groups of pins to your home screen. That's literally it. They removed all of the other options so they could advertise Game Pass to you.

    Okay, I see.

    Please Hold the power button for 10 seconds to power off and then wait for the light on the power brick to turn yellow then turn the console back on.

    After the above process try clearing system cache of the console.

    Hope there will be a fix.
