    Card details and permissions are all correct as far as I know. I use the same details for my office 365 subscription??

    Thanks. Tried contacting support but didn't get anywhere with it.

    Tried online chat and couldn't speak to a person so tried to phone and it cut off.

    Hi. No. The test set up 50P was done when the payment method was linked to the child account without issue.
