Can’t add friends on Minecraft app on ipad

I've seen this issue before and if this is happening it sounds like your account may be in a family. In order to resolve this, you may need to go to your Family settings. Here's an article to help you out if you need it.

I have the same problem and I can’t find anything that helps! I bought realms on my IPad but that broke (charging port doesn’t work, might actually need to be cleaned idk) and so I can’t add it onto my phone for some reason! This is honestly horrible! I can’t even contact tech support to resolve this issue! It’s ridiculous! I just want to play minecraft like seriously this is so stupid
