Cant add family member to

Ok. So I made a account and when I try to add it as a family member will not allow me. I have only 1 other account as a family member. I even took the previous member off and put it back on with no problems, but when I try to do the new account I get There
was a problem try adding that person again. I even took the account completely off my xbox and re added it with no. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!

It shows all systems are functioning and I still can't add family members, I even tried creating another new account and it's still the same idea. This is total
[Mod removed- inappropriate]. I won't be as aggravated if it still showed system was down

Hey there Mr2Nice Inc,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on this matter. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening to the point of frustration, but it's more than likely stemming from the Xbox Live Service outage we are currently dealing with
at the moment. You should be able to manage your accounts as usual when it is resolved.

In the mean time I recommend setting it up to be notified as is possible thorugh

the site.

Same thing, i renewed online with my computer and it worked. But i have a family package and the family center is not available and i cant add a family member.

To add have you made sure that the account you would like to add to your Family Pack has first been downloaded to your Xbox or the Xbox that you are trying to add family members to?
