    Hi, I recenlty bought forza motorsport 7 for pc. I got a Key. I tried to install but I have "to add a PC" as a device. I tried it numerous times without any result. What I basically tried, is switching from a local to a microsoft acc around 10 times. I
    also tried resetting the store by opening the wsreset.exe. Solutions?

    Hello welcome to the forums!

    When you say you try to add a device, you want to add a controller? a keyboard?

    Where did you get the code? you can redeem on the microsoft store. The game its from the same region where do you live?

    I am trying to add my PC as a device. I got the code from the forza official store. I have already redeemed the code btw. I just can't download the game.

    OK, thanks. Because once the serial number valid, I had device add but nothing in the end. This is especially for tracking and warranty.

    The only devices I have ever seen associated with my account are PC, laptop, Xbox One, mobile phone and tablet. These are all devices that can login to your Microsoft account. A controller doesn't have that ability, so wouldn't show in devices connected
    to account.

    It will be registered to your account for such purposes. As stated the fact that it isn't a device that can interact with yiur account, it won't show in the list.
