    You'll have to choose to ask a question, and then type "person" to get a representative and request a callback, but it doesn't appear you can do this outside of business hours which are your typical 9-5

    Just a quick question. Is this a new Xbox console you're setting up or did you factory reset one you've had for a while? If you did do a factory reset on a console you've had for a while, how long have you had it, what model is it, and why did you need
    to do a reset? Sorry for the extra questions, but trying to troubleshoot any possible thing I can think of
