    Can’t add account to Xbox


    Hi, i couldnt sign into my xbox account because an error code kept popping up I tried restarting and fully shutting down my xbox but nothing worked i saw a suggstion saying delete my account then re add it back to my xbox ive deleted my account but now when
    i click “add new” to add it back it doesnt load anything up for me what can i do to fix this ive already tried restarting and unplugging multiple times.

    Hello Mark,

    Sorry for the issue with signing in and adding your account. Being the account is already off the console, we suggest to do a

    soft factory reset     where you select keep games and apps. This will restore console to factory default and fix any corrupt files in the OS.

    Further to the previous replies, I think we'll need more information to assist any more. Can you access a different account to the one you are trying to add? Do you have an internet connection? Is there an error, and if so what is it?
