Can't add account on Xbox Series X

Discus and support Can't add account on Xbox Series X in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So I was having issues in the Xbox store on my console. It just simply wasn't loading any games.     Can't add account on Xbox Series X


    So I was having issues in the Xbox store on my console. It just simply wasn't loading any games. A suggestion I found in the forums was to do a reset. Well, I did that and now when I finish setting up my console it doesn't allow me to add my account. I
    can select "Add Account" but I get a loading circle and then it spits me back to the menu where it says "Add Account." I feel I've tried just about everything and supposedly this isn't an issue bad enough to talk with support about because it says this issue
    isn't qualified for call or chats.

    Same. My friend has both and Xbox gamertag (on Series X) and a PC. Owns both versions. I'm on Series X and we can't play unless he's on Xbox. Can't add his Origin ID to my EA friends. Not sure what to do.

    DLC and add-ons are linked to your account so as long as you can play the games on the new Xbox one series x then it shouldn't be a problem. Xbox had said that the Series X will be backward compatible so it is great!
