Cant add a new email

Just coming back to xbox and i want to change my email adress i use to log in, its on my mums old account and im trying to transfer it to mine now, i tried and i alreadt had my current account linked to an xbox account so i removed it from that, i now tried
to add my main xbox account on the new email and it still says the email is already use, it isnt in use anymore as i just removed it, does it take time to realise that it has been removed or can i never add the email as it DID have an account on it? hope this
makes sense.

Parental email is longer in use and i cant accept the new terms of use

Hello my xbox live account cant accept the new terms of use because my parental email has been deactivated. Its [Email Removed] - Never post personal info on the forums. and Yahoo support says they cant reactivate it. I cant get into the
email period its be deleted for good. any way I can remove the parental email and add a new one?

 

cant add a new profile

so im trying to add a new profile to my new xbox one and it tells me to go online and try again so i click the check my connection option and re enter all my internet info and it tells me im connected and good to go so i try again and it tells me the same
thing what do i do
