Cant add a debit card to microsoft NOR redeem my reward points

Billing related concerns are most likely to be discussed with the live support team however, since you have reached out to us, we could provide you one specific factor why you cannot add a debit card however beyond that you may need to seek assistance with our live support team. Try to check the billing and shipping address of your account and see if you have it matched with your current location and with the card details. You may need to make sure that the Microsoft Store and device too is on the same location.

For the rewards issue, only the Microsoft Rewards team can provide you details about your concern and their response time could be longer.

When you redeem the points for the gift card, it automatically adds the money to your Microsoft account...there's no card or anything as such. Basically, you have to spend the money within 90 days from the day you redeem it on the rewards site (that is my understanding of it anyway),

My advice: Leave the points in your Rewards account until you actually want to buy something then redeem.

You'll have to either use a credit/debit card or redeem a Microsoft Points card. The price of the card is the amount the points will convert to.

When you say you have £10 worth of Microsoft points, do you mean Reward Points? If so, have you redeemed the points for either an Xbox or Microsoft gift card.

As far as I am aware, you cant just spend reward points, you have to redeem first.
