Discus and support cant activate game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, i bought a game in cdkeys.com and got redeem code, when i try to activate the game in the console with the redeem code you sent me i got error...     Hi,

    i bought a game in cdkeys.com and got redeem code,

    when i try to activate the game in the console with the redeem code you sent me i got error message says: sorry, something went wrong. this isnt available for your region, or the file is corrupted, or we dont recognize the format.

    any solutions?

    AGH so *** irritating.... thanks for the post Bootle, but whenever i try to hit "change persona" it brings me to a page that says "select a default persona" and it has my EA name thing i created, but it also says " add persona" but when i click on that it
    redirects me to my account management page and just loops me in a god forsaken circle

    Sorry to hear it. Are you getting an error code when trying to redeem the code on the console? It may start with XBOS.

    Also, as far as the issue with the avatar items go if you haven't received the item you've paid for then you'll need to call phone support to get that sorted as only they can help with billing issues.
