    Hello.

    Yesterday I bought XBOX One S. Can't activate two codes for EA Access. One code was in the box with console, another one bought as a gift card. Stable internet connection, tried to restart console. In the settings are set Russian language and region Russia,
    but I live in Estonia. This country isn't in list yet. Tried to change region to Finland - received error "You couldn't buy this item on the selected language" When region is Russia, error is another: "Unknown error, please, try later" Also I had Battlefield
    1 code, which was activated in XBOX Store without any issues. Please, help. Thanks.

    Help me please

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    If you bought a FIFA 16 Xbox One bundle, there should have been a code within the box for FIFA 16 as a full download, separate from EA Access. There should have been a card with a silver rectangle (you scratch away the silver part ot reveal the code) in
    the box the console came in.

    Hey there,

    Since Estonia is unfortunately not an Xbox Live supported region, nor is it an

    EA Access supported region    , that is why the codes are unable to redeem. Changing console region will not bypass the issue.

    Due to this being a region issue out of our hands, we are unable to assist further. Apologies for any frustration this may cause.

    "Something went wrong" when trying to redeem EA Access

    Are you still having this problem? I just got an EA access code from costco and it's giving me the same error.. 1 min before I successfully redeemed an xbox $25 gift card from costco, but it doesn't like the Costco EA access one. I've tried it on both my
    console and logging into web site with my account.
