can't activate code for xbox gamepass

I bought a product from AMD, and Amd send me a code for activation Xbox gamepass for 3 month, so I can't activate this code on Microsoft site.Down below I attached a screenshots with the error, there written that I should '' read instructions attached to
the code, perhaps, this code should be activate on other page.''

Doesn't work on any of the links either (it says on the card "Redeem at microsoft.com/redeem" and thats the massage i get"

Sometimes these codes that come with AMD or other devices required you to redeem that code on THEIR website to get a second code you input into the Microsoft website. I know it works that way with NVIDIA. I hate to say it but have you tried reading the
instructions attached to the code to see if this is the case?
