    Can't acess xbox game pass ultimate


    (I use pc) Even though i did purchase xbox game pass ultimate, i can't acess game pass ultimate content, neither can i use cloud gaming, i have no clue whats happening at all, when i try to use cloud gaming on the website, it just shows the normal play button but its darker and i can't click it. Help pls?

    That would be why you can't redeem it then...from the FAQs in the link I posted before:

    "If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"

    I can't put my finger on the conversion rate data, at the moment, but it's approximately 3:1 Gold to Xbox Ultimate, if I recall correctly.

    It seems that the one month of Xbox Live was taken down and replaced by perhaps the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I can't find it on the Canadian rewards side either, so maybe look into getting Game Pass Ultimate.

    Just to make extra sure:

    Are you having Game Pass Ultimate, or just Game Pass (without Ultimate)?

    If you say your sister can't play online Multiplayer, then you (or she) would need a separate Gold Membership or an upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate.

    Game Pass allows you to play the games available in the Game Pass subscription. But to be able to play online Multiplayer, a Gold subscription or Game Pass Ultimate subscription (which contains Xbox Live Gold) would be necessary.
