Can't access

Discus and support Can't access in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I still can't access when the Nebraska Med ad plays. I only can play when other ads play.     Can't access


    I still can't access when the Nebraska Med ad plays. I only can play when other ads play. Please look into this

    Can't access multiplayer

    Let's manually reset Windows Store. Here are the steps:

    1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the
      Run       dialog box.
    2. Type WSReset.exe and click OK.
    3. The Store and a command prompt will now open with any message. The command prompt will automatically close after the Store's cache has been reset.

    After resetting the Windows Store, proceed with the steps on how to check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store. Search if there are any updates available for the game.

    link    . This may help in resolving issues regarding digital contents downloaded from the Windows Store.

    If the same thing occurs, kindly visit this
    link     and follow the steps on how to check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store.

    Fixed, thanks guys!

    IE wouldn't let me post replies, just new threads. I still hate this new setup.

    Actually i just saw the My Xbox tab, so I can get to account. BUT, It still says Loading above the sign out button, so help with that would be nice.

    So i've done what u asked and now i see that all my games are updates (which i think were already). I've tried running the troubleshooter after the small manipulation you asked and stills says that the cache is corrupted... :c

    I won't be able to answer for the next week since i'm going on holidays. Hopefully we can keep going on with this thread when i come back !!

    Please answer these questions to get clarity on this issue:

    1. Which version of Windows is installed on the PC? Press Windows key + R, type winver and press enter to know this information.
    2. Is the issue specific to this website?
    3. Are you able to access other websites?

    Meanwhile, suggest you to try and access www.account.xbox.com using a different web browser and check if that works.

    Further, you can also
    reset Internet Explorer settings     to default and check if that helps. This is useful for troubleshooting problems that may be caused by settings that were changed after installation.

    Note: Be aware that this process isn't reversible, and all previous Internet Explorer settings are lost after reset.

    Let us know the result of the steps performed so that we can help you further.
