can't access Xboxone/windows10 online security options

i was trying to change my security options to enable minecraft multiplayer but i get a message saying it is unable to load the options and to retry later

all other menu work on the site it is just the Xboxone/windows10 online security options that gives problems

Have tried this

I can see my account under my wifes as a member

I can see i have multiplayer enabled and set to adult still no luck

Microsoft don't care so like you i guess i can never play the game i paid for and i should shut down the multiplayer server i pay for as waste of money. .

But instead i have chosen to call Microsoft and log ticket's every 2 days and wont stop until the fix it , also have start posting on multi forums about there bad services and stealing my money. as i have paid for a game i cant play fully so they should refund me or fix the issue.

I'm having the same issue and it seems that hundreds of others are having it as well, surprised Microsoft hasn't fixed this yet because it's definitely a problem on their end.

In this case, I would suggest getting in touch with our live agents as they will be able to check your account details from their end and locate the root cause of the issue.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

When that happens, it means you're on a child account. Microsoft considers all accounts below 21 years as child accounts and the privacy settings page in inaccessible for them by default.

To change your privacy settings you'll need a parent/adult account. They'll need to add you to their family group as "Member", then go into that page and enable those settings for you.
