    Can't access Xbox game pass Ultimate perks no matter what


    Sadly I don't own an xbox so it's not an option that I have, I tried using the desktop app, I tried using a vpn but all I get is "Sorry, we're having trouble with showing the details of this perk right now, try again later" been hours since I have been trying to redeem at least 1 perk but all I get is that error over and over and over.

    I tried downloading the mobile app, reminder I do own game pass ultimate, yet when I click on a perk instead of the "redeem" button appearing, a "Join Ultimate" button appears, when I press it, plans of game pass appear with a message in the bottom that says "Sorry, you can't subscribe to this app", I wonder why (Maybe because I already own subscription).

    It's getting really irritating.

    Hi Amine, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please make sure that your location is set to a supported region. Once confirmed, reset and repair the app.

    Windows Settings > Apps > Search for "Xbox" > Advanced Options > Repair & Reset > Restart your PC.

    In regards to your mobile App, make sure that you're signed in using the correct account. So please sign out and sign back in.

    Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.

    May I know what specific game pass perks are you referring to? Claimed and redeemed Perks remain yours, including third-party Perks and in-game Perks for Game Pass games. If your only access to a game with an in-game Perk was through Ultimate, you’ll need another way to access it. Once your Ultimate subscription expires, you won’t see new Perks, or Perks you’ve claimed in the Perks gallery, so make sure redeem them first.
