    It looks like this may be an ongoing issue, as I'm seeing the same error on my end. Please report the issue to the Xbox team from this page: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Select 'Report' under 'Report a service outage'. Then choose 'Cloud Gaming' > 'Launching Cloud Gaming'. Then in Additional feedback, copy and paste the error that you receive.

    Once you submit this report it will be forwarded to the appropriate team for investigation. Please reach back if you have any questions.

    Console games cannot be played on pc just as of games can’t be played on console

    Game pass ultimate gives you access to console games in the cloud
