Can't access Xbox account.

It sounds like your account when it was originally setup was setup as a child account (DOB was set to under 18 in most countries)

What you would need to do is sign in with the adult account that would be tied to your account you can find this by signing into your account at account.microsoft.com/family and it will tell you what adult accounts are attached to your account.

Once you sign into the adult account and go to the online safety settings it will give you a choice to pick your xbox profile and change the settings on it.

You can't access to a Xbox account without knowing the Email, as the Xbox account its not linked to the Xbox account, the Xbox account its part of the Microsoft account, if you can't remember the Email won't be possible to access that Gamertag

Actually i just saw the My Xbox tab, so I can get to account. BUT, It still says Loading above the sign out button, so help with that would be nice.

So you are referring to the Xbox.com site? Are you unable to see your account details on the console? What exactly are you trying to view or change?

The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again.
