    I was able to(after like hours of fiddling with stuff) finally change my Xbox Account Privacy settings. I made it so I could see any ones custom content. I launch the game and what do you know I still cant access any user generated content. I'm on PC by the way. I cant think of anything else to do. It literally says on the website that I can see user generated content. I just wanna sell my cars on the auction house. Please help.

    If everything is on ALLOW and EVERYONE under Privacy, Xbox One/ Windows 10 online safety, everything is set as ALLOW and EVERYONE here https://account.xbox.com/en-US/Settings

    Please open Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Microsoft Store and click it. ->The advanced options link will appear. Click it. -> On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings.

    After that, sign out and sign back in on your Microsoft store app and Xbox app.

    On the Privacy & Online Safety screen, click the Privacy tab and make sure the following is set to Everyone:

    "You can see and upload community creations"

    Beyond that, if it still doesn't work, then no clue as that setting plus the ones Francia posted about before are the only ones needed. You could double check to make sure you don't have some sort of ban on Forza that is stopping you (and showing the wrong message):
