Cant access the Xbox news website without having to clear cookies on Chrome browser

If you are using chrome switch to a non webkit or new chrome engine browser

Edge or firefox will do (ironically edge is based on the new chrome engine)

Clearing the cookies/history didnt work for me. Rather than using a microsoft browser on a microsoft website i seem to be ok using google chrome. Nice one Bill.

It's an issue with Chrome. You'll need to clear out your cookies or use another browser.

I have no problem on Microsoft Edge. It's just on Chrome I have this problem.

If the site loads in Edge, but doesn't in Chrome, it's your Google Chrome browser that is at fault, not the Xbox website. There is nothing Microsoft needs to fix. You need to correct the issue your end.

If clearing the temporary internet files and cookies didn't work, you should attempt to reset your Chrome browser. Instructions for doing so here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en-GB

And if that doesn't work, uninstall Chrome and re-install it again.

What browser are you using? I sometimes have issues on Chrome but after I clear the cookies it works fine. Maybe try going into the internet options on your browser and clearing them out.
