    I've been able to access the store on my One console until an hour ago when it came up saying 'you need a new update because your current one is not up to date'. I checked and there are no updates available. What's going on?

    Locked out of account info and online gaming on XBOXONE.

    Tried hard reset and restarting console just incase, no joy. Can't access profile, store, xbox live, account settings on console.

    What happens to game saves if I delete my profile?
