    I've been able to access the store on my One console until an hour ago when it came up saying 'you need a new update because your current one is not up to date'. I checked and there are no updates available. What's going on?

    Every time I try to access app downloads, it says "try that again: something happened on our end" and Code 0x000001F7

    Locked out of account info and online gaming on XBOXONE.

    Tried hard reset and restarting console just incase, no joy. Can't access profile, store, xbox live, account settings on console.

    What happens to game saves if I delete my profile?

    I will give this a try tonight (can't access the store from work). This issue is on my Windows 8 laptop (not the Xbox). Does the "console cache" apply? If so, how do I clear the console cache?

    No I do not ,I would like to say that when I plug my Ethernet cable into my Xbox I can access online features but Still can't access my network settings on my console and my Microsoft store says error 0x87e1000a when try to open it
