    I have been trying to change my privacy and online safety settings in xbox.com, but it keeps redirecting me to the help page and not the settings. I already tried for so many times. Please help me fix this. Tq

    nope I cant access the privacy setting online safety on the xbox. on the web, i dont see the child or adult for privacy. why is my account online status unknown on the xbox?

    i have a similar issue but with the migration to Microsoft accounts, every thing works fine but i cant play multi player. aparently its linked to my privacy settings but i cant access them to change them

    how do access my privacy settings?

    You can access your Online Safety Settings on various devices. Here's how to access them on the web:
