    when I press the center button on my control to access the X Box Menu or when I try to switch profiles by highlighting then selecting the already signed in profile the screen dims, but does nothing.

    My Xbox one won’t display games or apps

    my Xbox won’t display any other options in the home menu than live tv. I can’t access any games or apps. Tried a power cycle, still nothing.

    Can’t access “sidebar settings”

    when i press the center “X” button the screen only dims. The left side menu does not pop up. I cannot access settings, and can’t get out of a game back to home screen

    Can’t Access The Menu

    Hi

    Can you please try and carry out a console hard reset by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds, Once the console has shut down I would personally also remove the power cable from the wall outlet for two minutes
    to also allow the power supply to reset itself.

    Once you have done this reconnect everything and hopefully everything should be okay once you have powered the console back on.
