Cant Access the Checkout menu on Xbox Microsoft store

Umm I am pretty sure you would have to order an Xbox One from the Microsoft store and enter the code via the MS Store site at checkout to get the discount.

if you are on xbox one try this: settings > privacy and online safety > access to content

then make sure to check "hide listings from search, stores & apps"

i cant recall the 360 menus

The Microsoft Store should show you the price in the currency of your region when you proceed to the checkout and confirmation process.

The thing is alot of people already got the achievement for preordering from the microsoft store. It unlocks right after you checkout.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. If you are able to sign into the website via a PC and your information is as it should be, but when on your console, it is not, then I would recommend that you try removing your profile from the Xbox and then re-add/re-download
it to refresh the information to see if has updated.
